Makhmud Muradov
Makhmud "Mach" Muradov (February 8, 1990 Tajikistan) is an Uzbek-Czech professional fighter in mixed martial arts (MMA), originally a combat sambist and a kickboxer. Born in Tajikistan, in a family of Tajik Uzbeks, he now lives alternately in Prague, Bukhara (Uzbekistan) and Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently Muradov competes in the middleweight division and is the first and only Uzbek representative in the elite American professional league, the UFC. Also he is the first MMA fighter in the world to join The Money Team, the sport stable of the richest athlete in the world, boxer Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr., who even called him "the best MMA fighter in the world." According to the Czech MMA ranking of Daniel Barták, Muradov is the national number one in the middleweight, in the world rankings he ranks 63rd according to the Fight Matrix portal and 40th according to Tapology. In the past, he was the middleweight champion of several Czech MMA organizations. He trains in multiple gyms with several trainers - Petr "Monster" Kníže trains him in the SK MMA Monster Praha gym in Prague, in Las Vegas he trains under Dewey "Black Cobra" Cooper within the TMT/Mayweather Boxing Club in the Black Kobra Striking Systems and in Poznan, Poland Muradov is trained by Andrzej Kościelský in the Ankos MMA Poznań.
